Commercial development in the Qurrum commercial hub area designed to complement the buildings in the vicinity with a curvilinear facade and functional space planning approach. The facade of the building has been treated with aluminum composite panel and structural glazing with floor extents varying at each level adding an interest to the facade. The offices have been designed as open offices and will offer the tenant an office space that is well lit adding to energy efficiency.
