The building is designed to overlook a three storey height atrium space and a glazed roof skylight that allows daylight to create interesting patterns of light and shade in the interior. The building has been designed in a contemporary style with a glazed facade and stone cladding.However the design elements and features have been chosen to relate to the rich architectural tradition of Oman.
