Commercial and residential development designed in a contemporary style with harmonious outdoor landscaped areas spread across the entire development. The entire building has been designed as a juxtaposition of building masses and the earthy color scheme used on the building reflects the true nature of the region being very mountainous. The architectural style of the building is of a minimalistic style and the intent is to create an ambiance that the residents would enjoy. Vehicular and pedestrian circulations have been segregated within the premises and the green spaces flow into each other and act as the transition zones.
