The proposed office & showroom for OMASCO is basically a refurbishment of the existing warehouse at Bausher. The approach to the design was to visually connect the offices, show rooms to the adjacent Muscat express way and to face lift the entire premises. The building facade has been treated with structural glazing and aluminium cladding to provide a specific brand identity to the organization. The vehicular circulation for the employees and visitors have been isolated from that of the regular truck movement within the premises.
