The residential & commercial building enjoys the privilege of Salalah international airport and other Ministry offices being located at a closer proximity. The design approach to the building was to maximize the usage of the plot irrespective of its irregular form and to give the residents a habitat that they would relish. The facade of the building has been treated in a minimalistic architectural style, adding contrast to the facade is the double height glazed commercial development at the ground & mezzanine floor.
