Our team, which has won various industry awards and recognitions, is well versed in the design and implementation of almost every building type- from Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Educational to Industrial projects. We carry out Building Planning, integrating traditional and modern architectural concepts. Based on the credentials of the team and the innovative design management strategies used in project delivery, our architectural design department is TUV Rheinland certified to ISO 9001:2016.

Interior design

We specialize in the Interior Design of Hotels, Resorts, Malls, High class Residences and, Offices. We are experienced in the preparation of ID and fit out details for varied kinds of tenants in high end shopping malls, who represent major global brands. We provide services relating to creating Branding Identity and development of Tenant Manual. We have personnel who are experienced in providing supervision assistance and management services during site implementation of fit out works.

Green building design

We have LEED certified professionals in our design team who are innovative and experienced in the design and implementation of sustainable architecture and engineering solutions for buildings. Our team is able to provide the clients with ‘green’ building designs that are more environment friendly, generate less overall carbon footprint and that cost less for the clients from viewpoint of life cycle cost of constructed facilities. As a company policy, we use a sustainable approach for all our design and emphasize on the use of local materials in building design and construction, incorporating those in an innovative manner.
