A state of the art, custom built solution for the Head office for Genetco. This project houses all the various departments for Genetco in 7 levels. Each floor is planned in a modular fashion and the design of the building is optmised to cost and use.
The building is designed with a strong central core which allows the office areas to be free of columns and provides a direct natural view to the outside for each and every employee within the building
