The Laboratory building for College of Applied sciences at Sohar houses the mechanical, chemical, electrical and computer labs, lecture halls, staff rooms and other student ancillary facilities etc. The facade of the building has been designed in a contemporary architectural style. Services for the building has been designed efficiently, to keep life cycle costs to minimum. Integrated landscape areas have been provided which adds to the aesthetics of the premises and also acts as a break out area for the students.
